Terms of Service

Products. We sell digital guides and tools delivered by instant download. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the files.

Pricing. All prices are in GBP and include any applicable tax. We may change prices at any time; changes don't affect orders already placed.

Delivery. Products are delivered by email immediately after payment. If yours doesn't arrive within one hour, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Health disclaimer. Our products provide general information about nutrition and training. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for consulting a qualified healthcare professional. Speak to a doctor before starting any new nutrition or exercise programme, particularly if you have an existing health condition or are taking medication. You use this information at your own risk.
