Refund Policy

The Skinny Fat Fix sells digital products delivered instantly by download.

Your right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is lost once the download begins. By completing your purchase you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once you access the file.

Our guarantee. We stand behind the product regardless. If you've read the guide, applied it, and don't feel it was worth what you paid, email hello@skinnyfatfix.store within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no questions.

Faulty or undelivered products. If your download doesn't arrive or won't open, email us and we'll resend it or refund you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days.
